Refund policy

All sales made through IBRAHIM SCENTIMENTS are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

No Returns or Refunds

· We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

· No refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

· Change of mind

· Wrong size or color selected

· Buyer’s remorse

· Found a better price elsewhere

Exceptions (if any)

No exceptions apply unless required by law.

Optional: If you offer replacements for damaged/defective items, state clearly:

“If you receive a physically damaged or defective item due to our error, contact us within [7] days at ibrahimscentiments@gmail.com. We may offer a replacement at our sole discretion — never a refund.”

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider after agreeing to this policy, we reserve the right to:

· Permanently close your store account

· Disable access to digital products

· Dispute the chargeback with evidence of your agreement to this policy
